What can you help me arrange?
We help international visitors arrange four parts of a stay in Cali: accommodation options and your arrival, private transport, local experiences and day trips, and the logistics around clinic appointments. You can ask for help with one of them or several.
How is UR different from a taxi app or a tour?
A ride app gets you from one address to another, and a group tour follows a fixed route and timetable. UR is one bilingual local contact who arranges your stay as a whole: private rides planned around your schedule, outings planned for you and the people you travel with, and the logistics around appointments, all in one WhatsApp conversation. Options and costs are reviewed with you before anything is arranged.
Can I book transport only?
Yes. Airport transfers and rides planned around your schedule can be arranged on their own. Tell us your dates and where you need to go, and we'll review availability and cost with you.
Can you help if I already booked my hotel?
Yes. Tell us where you're staying and what's already arranged, and we can help with the rest of your plans, such as your airport pickup, transport and experiences.
Can you coordinate logistics around clinic appointments?
Yes. We can help coordinate transport, accommodation and schedules around your appointment dates. We don't provide medical care or clinical advice; that comes from your chosen healthcare professionals. You don't need to share medical details with us: appointment dates and locations are enough to plan the logistics.
How are services and costs confirmed?
Before anything is arranged, we review suitable options, availability and costs with you. Services are arranged once you approve them. Costs depend on the services, dates and providers involved, so they're confirmed for each stay.
How far in advance should I contact you?
As early as you can, especially if your dates are fixed or you need accommodation, since earlier planning leaves more options to review. If your trip is coming up soon, message us anyway and we'll tell you what we can help with.
How do I start planning my stay?
Send us a WhatsApp message with your dates, how many people are traveling and what you'd like help arranging. The short planner on this page can prepare that message for you. It only opens WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you press send.
